1. Stand in place with feet hip width apart.


2. Drive knee up towards chest and quickly place the foot back on the ground.

1) Place stability ball against wall approximately lower back height.


2) Start position: Lean lower back against ball and take approximately one step forward with each foot. Feet should be slightly wider than hip width apart.

The First Entry to the Diet Blog

Hey its me amy and this is the first ever post to my diet blog , what Im going to do in this blog is try to is help other lose weight the best way possible .I know a lot of people don't know wear to start when they there diet journey begins and are completely lost .The reason I even started this blog was because I was giving some diet advice to my friends and according to them I helped them A LOT , and they said maybe I should do a little blog about it . I stalled on the idea for about 3 months but now Im finally here and Im going to help you guys all the way , from the beginning , middle and end of your diet where hopefully achieved your set weight.
